Job Description

 

  • To provide all-rounded human resources and administration support, including but not limited to employee relations, compensation & benefits, recruitment and selection, onboarding/offboarding, etc;
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Provide support in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Help organize training sessions and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare HR documents, reports as needed.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Social Sciences is preferred.
  • Previous experience in an HR role or internship is a plus.
  • Well verse of Employment Ordinance and related regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is preferred,with the knowledge of using AI tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
