Description

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Design, develop, test and maintain functionality within the M3 Manufacturing product area.
• Investigate and resolve product defects, customer-reported issues, and support incidents.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers and other development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of AI-driven capabilities and agents.
• Develop clean, efficient and maintainable code following established development standards and best practices.
• Perform unit testing and support end-to-end testing activities to ensure product quality.
• Analyze functional and technical requirements and contribute to solution design discussions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, development efficiency, and customer value.
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and long-term product sustainability.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with Java development and object-oriented programming principles.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle processes and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with relational databases and database query languages.
• Experience using version control systems such as Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to learn complex business processes and enterprise software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing or supporting enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, manufacturing processes, supply chain, or business applications.
• Experience with cloud technologies and modern development tools.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development, automation, or agent-based solutions.
• Experience working in an Agile product development environment.
