Job Description

 “What would you say you do here?”

  • Support brand marketing campaigns for series launches by creating presentations, partner pitch decks, creative briefs, and collaborating with the team on campaign plans.

  • Support Global Brand Partnerships by collaborating with vendors on promotional campaigns, managing contractual agreements, and ensuring creative alignment with brand standards.

  • Oversee costume character booking, scheduling, and billing with vendors and internal partners for studio-led initiatives.

  • Coordinate the development, ordering, and distribution of premiums for field marketing and partnership promotions.

  • Serve as point of contact for external partner marketing materials to route for stakeholder approval.

Qualifications

“What do I need to have in order to do this job?”

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field

  • Minimum of 1 year with relevant experience in marketing

  • Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational, problem-solving and interpersonal skills

  • Outstanding written and oral communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize daily tasks and have strong follow up

  • Must be a flexible, independent worker, proactive and resourceful

  • Proficiency in balancing imaginative vision with logical problem-solving

Desired Qualifications: “What can I offer?”

  • A passion for entertainment and interest in animation and kid pop culture

  • Creative design skills for presentations in Keynote and PowerPoint

This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
