Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :
Perform strategic risk assessment for BGSW

• Identify, measure and report strategic/disruptive risk

• Perform Industry market research - explore/identify and analyze strategic risks.

• Capable of running independent risk projects with business

• Proactively help businesses manage the risk.

• Foster risk awareness through communication and mandatory training, where necessary.

• Conduct training and workshops for businesses.

• Participate and lead, where required discussions with leaders including BU heads in India.

• Prepare presentation decks and reports for leadership

• Demonstrate excellent understanding of risk concepts in discussions

• Share regular knowledge with audit function on risks

• Identify emerging risks and report
   

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

• BE/ B.Tech.

• PMP Certification preferred.

• Risk Certification, good to have.

Experience in BGSW / RBW:

• Minimum 10-12 years in technical areas of Engineering and IT (non-commercial) at Bosch.

• Prior experience in identification or reporting of risks is a must

• Sound understanding of BGSW risks

• Program / Project handling and delivery with and w/o Agile methods.

• Development & Testing skills in SW and Platform domain in Mobility, Cyber Security, GenAI and BD/SX area

• Hands on usage of RB Tools used in Project Management.

• Senior Stakeholder Management exposure.
