Project – the aim you’ll have
We are seeking a results-driven People Partner in Moldova (Maternity Cover with extension potential) to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.
The People Partner role and missions include working closely with teams, business leaders and project managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talents and develop approaches that achieve shared organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate for this role should have great communication skills, good interpersonal skills, appetite for international exposure, willingness to connect with strategic thinking, and great organizational skills.
Position – how you’ll contribute
Leadership Support
- Partner with leadership teams and other People Partners to understand business goals and align people's strategies with organizational priorities.
- Drive and support the performance management process, probation periods, and regular 1:1 development conversation.
- Advise and support managers in handling sensitive employee relations cases, workplace grievances, and disciplinary concerns.
- Identify development needs within teams and collaborate on growth initiatives.
Engagement & Culture
- Design and implement targeted initiatives to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, psychological safety, wellbeing, and inclusion through structured programs.
Employee Relations & Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related matters (policies, procedures, and benefits).
Employee Lifecycle
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding to ensure alignment with company culture and values.
- Conduct exit interviews and transform feedback into actionable insights to address turnover and improve retention.
HR Compliance & Governance
- Coordinate and oversee mandatory compliance training programs, ensuring all employees complete required regulatory and Code of Ethics modules.
- Ensure all HR practices and policies are legally compliant, up to date with local labor legislation, and clearly communicated across the organization.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key HR metrics (e.g., attrition, eNPS) to identify patterns and systemic issues.
- Prepare data-driven HR reports and deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
Expectations – the experience you need
- At least 2-3 years of proven working experience as HR Specialist or HR Business Partner supporting regional or business unit goals.
- A proactive, driven, and action-oriented mindset — someone who naturally takes initiative to support the team and anticipate needs rather than just executing tasks.
- People oriented and results driven with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A strong sense of curiosity and a willingness to constantly learn new, better ways of working.
- Team player attitude
- High level of English (min. B2)
