About the Role
We’re hiring a highly skilled HubSpot Expert to lead implementations, system optimization, automation, and CRM architecture across HubSpot’s ecosystem for a fast-growing digital marketing agency.
This is not a basic CRM Administrator role.
You’ll work directly with clients to:
- Build scalable HubSpot systems
- Optimize workflows and automations
- Improve reporting and data structures
- Ensure businesses fully leverage HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, and Service operations

What You’ll Own
HubSpot Implementations & CRM Architecture
- Configure and optimize:
- HubSpot Sales Hub
- HubSpot Marketing Hub
- HubSpot Service Hub
- Build scalable CRM structures and pipeline systems
- Design workflows, automations, and lifecycle stages
- Configure custom properties, deal stages, ticket pipelines, and reporting
- Ensure systems are organized, scalable, and aligned with client objectives
Automation & Workflow Development
- Build and optimize:
- Automated workflows
- Lead routing systems
- Nurture sequences
- Pipeline automations
- Internal notification systems
- Improve operational efficiency through automation
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and optimize system logic
- Reduce manual work through scalable HubSpot solutions
Data Migration & System Optimization
- Execute CRM migrations and data imports
- Manage:
- Data mapping
- Data cleanup
- Validation
- Deduplication
- Ensure data integrity and CRM accuracy
- Optimize reporting structures and dashboard performance
Client Onboarding & Enablement
- Lead onboarding and implementation calls with clients
- Train clients on:

- Maintain strong communication throughout implementation projects
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Build dashboards and reporting systems within HubSpot

- Deliver actionable insights and optimization recommendations
Troubleshooting & Technical Support
- Diagnose and resolve:

Requirements
Must-Have Experience
- Proven hands-on experience with:

- Strong experience in HubSpot CRM architecture and workflow automation
- Experience with:
