About this role

Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO​
As a Marketing Manager, you will drive brand and customer growth in the Sales Market by translating global strategies into locally relevant marketing and customer plans. You will lead impactful marketing execution, ensure strong commercial results and maximize the effect of marketing investments through data‑driven decisions and effective prioritization. Through strong leadership and close cross‑functional collaboration, you will develop your team, strengthen ways of working across functions and secure consistent follow‑up on customer and business performance.

You will:

  • Lead and drive brand and customer growth in the Sales Market by translating global strategies into locally relevant actions
  • Develop and execute a customer, marketing and communications plan that builds brand relevance and delivers commercial results
  • Drive short‑ and long‑term growth of the customer base, sales and brand performance through a data‑driven, omni‑channel approach
  • Plan, allocate and follow up on marketing investments across media, content, pr and customer initiatives to maximize business impact
  • Secure effective loyalty activations in line with global frameworks while ensuring operational efficiency
  • Monitor and follow up on key marketing and customer KPIs such as traffic, conversion and customer activation
  • Collaborate closely with commercial and other sales market teams to ensure alignment and strong follow‑up on business results
  • Continuously improve processes, tools and cross‑functional ways of working to enhance efficiency and customer experience
  • Provide clear direction and enable cross‑functional collaboration to support problem‑solving, knowledge sharing and customer‑centric improvements
  • Set priorities, empower decision‑making and ensure accountability to secure consistent execution and performance
  • Lead, coach and develop the marketing team, strengthening collaboration and delivery
  • Identify and develop future talents, supporting succession planning and recruitment for key marketing roles

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​

You will be part of the Sales Market leadership team, and you will work closely with Commercial, Digital, Retail, People, and other support functions. You will collaborate across functions and with Global Marketing to secure alignment with global strategies, enable strong local execution and drive consistent customer and business impact across channels.

WHO YOU ARE​

We are looking for people with…

  • 8+ years’ formal leadership experience in marketing, sales or customer functions
  • A proven track record of delivering customer‑centric results across brand, communications and media activities
  • Experience working with omni‑channel marketing
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear strategies and action plans
  • Experience in marketing investment planning, follow‑up and performance analysis
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and align teams across functions
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field

This is a full-time permanent position and it is based in our Copenhagen Support Office, the Marketing Manager reports to the Sales Market General Manager.
