Job Description
The Post Sales & Sales Coordination Executive will be responsible for managing customer coordination activities after flat bookings, ensuring smooth documentation, payment verification, and registration processes. The role also supports the marketing and sales teams in campaign execution, vendor/platform payment management, and operational assistance during team member absences or peak workload periods. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination skills, customer handling abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Post Sales Coordination
Handle all post-sales customer coordination activities from booking until registration
completion.
Verify customer payment schedules, receipts, and outstanding dues.
Coordinate with finance/accounts teams for payment confirmations and
reconciliations.
Ensure all required customer documents are collected and maintained properly.
Coordinate registration schedules and assist customers through the registration
process.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers regarding pending payments and
documentation.
Prepare and maintain customer status reports and registration trackers.
Sales & Marketing Coordination
Support the sales team in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Coordinate with external sales platforms, channel partners, and marketing vendors.
Process and track payments related to sales platforms, campaigns, and promotional
activities.
Assist in campaign data management, lead allocation, and follow-up coordination.
Provide operational support to the marketing team during staff week-offs or absences.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales and
marketing initiatives.
Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities
Maintain accurate MIS reports related to bookings, collections, registrations, and
campaign activities.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of customer records and agreements.
Assist management with sales and customer service reports as required.
Support process improvements for customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer coordination skills.
Good knowledge of real estate sales and post-sales processes.
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Basic understanding of CRM software and sales tracking systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related
field.
2–5 years of experience in real estate post-sales, CRM, sales coordination, or
marketing coordination roles preferred.
