Marketing Executive - Real Estate

Job Description

We are looking for a moƟvated and energeƟc Sales & MarkeƟng Assistant to support markeƟng and sales acƟviƟes for a residenƟal apartment complex. The candidate should have good communicaƟon skills and basic knowledge of customer handling and markeƟng. 

Responsibilies:

• Handle customer inquiries and site visit coordinaƟon
• Support apartment sales and follow-ups with leads
• Coordinate with brokers, customers, and internal teams
• Maintain customer data and sales records
• Help organize markeƟng campaigns and events

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 1–2 years’ experience in sales or markeƟng preferred
• Good communicaƟon and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and social media knowledge
• Self-moƟvated and professional aƫtude
• Real estate or construcƟon industry experience is a plus
• Freshers with strong communicaƟon skills may also apply.”
