As a Senior Data Analyst in the Global Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for making sure we’re making the best decisions. You’ll work closely with our teams to measure the impact of millions of advertising euros and billions of marketing communication touchpoints, to identify tactics and strategies that have the highest incremental performance, and to recommend to our global and local teams serving the 30+ countries the best ways to spend their time and budgets. In your job, you’ll be working closely with our marketing and business management teams as well as our industry partners (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)

  • <point>Conduct in-depth analyses of marketing investments to recommend optimal budget allocations across channels, markets, and specific campaigns, following existing frameworks.</point>
  • <point>Develop incrementality testing roadmaps across paid and owned channels (emails, push etc.) together with channel owners across Rider and Driver user types.</point>
  • <point>Design data-driven operational playbooks and strategic frameworks that lead to a step change in marketing performance at scale.</point>
  • <point>Collaborate with marketing specialists and managers to independently design and analyse A/B tests for marketing communication initiatives.</point>
  • <point>Provide analytical insights and recommendations to marketing teams and leadership to support day-to-day operations, business reviews, and strategic decision-making.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

  • <point>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Business or other quantitative discipline.</point>
  • <point>2–4 years of experience working with large volumes of data and solving real-world analytical problems.</point>
  • <point>1-2 years experience in owning and driving analytical projects with cross-functional teams.</point>
  • <point>Strong SQL skills and solid proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.</point>
  • <point>Proficient in at least one BI tool (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Data Studio, or Metabase) with a strong eye for data visualisation.</point>
  • <point>Solid understanding of statistics, A/B testing, and experimentation methodologies.</point>
  • <point>Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholders.</point>
